The price of a move-out cleaning naturally depends on the size of the home. For larger homes, the cost per square meter is often lower compared to smaller apartments. Regardless of the type of home, the most extensive cleaning efforts are required in the kitchen and bathroom, while larger homes typically have more open, easy-to-clean spaces.
The price for move-out cleaning of a 50 square meter apartment is 1500 SEK, including VAT.
The price for move-out cleaning of a 120 square meter house is 3600 SEK, including VAT.
We offer a 14-day guarantee on our move-out cleaning. If anything is not approved during the inspection, we will return and fix it at no additional cost.
The price for move-out cleaning of a 200 square meter house is 6000 SEK, including VAT (30 SEK per square meter).
